Job summary

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Corporate Security Manager to lead and oversee the company’s Security Program in the United States. The role reports to senior security leadership and requires building a high-performing security team to safeguard contracts and information.

The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI eligible clearance, a Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of related experience, and deep knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs and SEADs.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing multiple programs with leadership collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of security discipline and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide security oversight and management for ARS contracts, ensuring proper implementation of the industrial security program and full compliance with company and customer requirements.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of security professionals.
• Coordinate with ARS/ASRC Federal personnel and government officials to ensure compliance with NISPOM and related documents.
• Make critical security decisions for high-value contracts and implement procedures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Apply risk-mitigation strategies to address complex security challenges.
• Oversee personnel clearance processing, program reviews, and security audits.
