Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-wide security programs across multiple facilities or regions.
• Strong knowledge of physical security technologies and security operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Master’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with crisis management, site protection, and travel security programs (preferred).
• CPP, PSP, PCI, or other ASIS certifications (preferred).
• Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, French, or German) (preferred).

• Manage security vendors, service providers, contracts, and budgets.
• Deliver security awareness and training programs.
• Brief executive leadership on security risks, incidents, and program performance.
