The ideal candidate has law firm and in-house experience in SEC reporting, equity compensation, and governance, with a background in life sciences or biotech

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant corporate, securities, capital markets, M&A, or governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Securities Act and Exchange Act compliance activities and public company readiness workstreams.
• Advise management and boards on governance matters and maintain corporate records.
• Lead due diligence for strategic transactions and coordinate post-closing obligations.
• Oversee disclosure controls, equity compensation disclosures, and external communications.
