Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our Pleasant Prairie, WI area team. You will mentor a team of recruiters and own full lifecycle recruiting for critical corporate roles to support our growing company.

This on-site role reports to the Talent Acquisition function and partners with HR to align on talent needs and strategies. You will lead complex searches, build sourcing strategies, review candidates, and guide hiring managers through the recruitment plan, ensuring top talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 10+ years recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Ability to influence hiring leaders and partners at all levels.
