Publicis Groupe, based in New York, seeks a Senior Account Executive with 3+ years’ experience to drive Corporate Reputation client work. You will develop and execute PR plans, manage day-to-day account activities, and lead media relations for high-profile corporate clients.

The ideal candidate is a corporate generalist with strong writing, content strategy, and stakeholder engagement skills, eager to contribute to B2B client growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Proven ability to lead multiple small/medium projects simultaneously.
• Clear understanding of clients’ businesses and missions.
• Ability to develop PR programs, implement integrated tactics and mentor junior staff.
• Strong research, writing and editing skills with professional media interaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR plans and annual campaigns for corporate clients.
• Lead day-to-day account activities and client communications.
• Proactively identify opportunities using trend spotting and competitor insights.
• Build reporter relationships and lead strategic media outreach.
• Research media coverage and stakeholder analysis to support programs.
• Manage projects end-to-end, anticipate challenges and ensure deadlines and budgets.
• Assist project managers with tracking/account financials.
• Support new business with research, audits and proposals.
• Coach junior staff and provide growth opportunities.
• Align with MSL positioning and company values in all work.
