Responsibilities

• Client management and business development to grow a $500k+ book of business.
• Strengthen client relationships and drive business development activities.
• Advise on corporate matters including M&A, governance, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation when needed.
• Collaborate with partners to shape firm strategy and mentor juniors.
• Ensure ethical practice and seamless service across departments.
