Job summary

LRE (Leeward Renewable Energy) is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support governance, transactional, and operational matters of a renewable energy company. The role reports to the Assistant General Counsel and manages the signature portal workflow and related templates.

You will coordinate board materials, maintain governance records, and assist with entity management and KYC/onboarding tasks, working closely with senior in-house attorneys and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar paralegal/corporate governance role, ideally in-house or supporting an in-house legal team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate board and committee materials for meetings.
• Prepare and distribute board/committee agendas, materials, and minutes.
• Attend meetings and manage materials, action items, and logistics.
• Maintain board calendars and onboarding for new members.
