Job summary

Web Industries is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to support the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of contracts, including NDAs, supply and services agreements, and master terms. You will also assist with corporate governance, subsidiary maintenance, and compliance across international business matters.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and other departments to ensure accurate contract

Qualifications

• Excellent drafting, organizational, project management, communication (both oral and written), and analytical/problem- solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong computer skills and document preparation (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Significant substantive knowledge of procedures, terminology, and documents relating to corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage transactional agreements, including supply agreements, master services agreements, consulting agreements, statements of work, NDAs, and other commercial agreements, with minimal attorney supervision.
• Assist with creation of contract templates, playbooks, and employee training.
• Contract administration support: develop and maintain procedures for tracking contracts and prepare reports.
• Support attorney in preparing and maintaining corporate records, minutes, and governance documents.
• Manage recordkeeping and annual compliance for subsidiaries, including ownership registers and filings.
• Assist in managing special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
