Job summary

Springfield Clinic is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join the legal team, focusing on contract review, administration, and governance support. You will oversee contract coordinators and ensure contracts are drafted, negotiated, executed, and maintained in line with clinic policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating contract workflows, supporting negotiations, and providing periodic reports on contract status and performance to Administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 5+ years in-house or law firm experience preferred.
• Proven experience in contract management.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drafting, reviewing, editing, processing, executing, and maintaining contracts.
• Implement best practices for contract management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts meet business requirements.
• Oversee team of contract coordinators.
• Act as a point of contact for contract inquiries and facilitate communication.
