Job description

Our client is a renowned global law firm with an outstanding opportunity to take your legal career to incredible heights.They are looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal for their San Francisco office. This group has very low turnover so this is a rare opportunity!

Hybrid schedule is 3 days in office and 2 remote.

Responsibilities :

• Support corporate entity lifecycle, including formation, maintenance, dissolution, and related documentation.
• Coordinate transaction closings, prepare legal opinions, and handle securities and Blue Sky filings.
• Maintain corporate records, conduct due diligence, and manage capitalization tables and stock certificates.
• Draft and file corporate and regulatory documents in connection with M&A, private equity, and public company matters.
• Train and mentor junior paralegals and case assistants as needed.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of transactional experience, ideally in private equity, M&A, and public company work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Carta or Shareworks is a plus.
• Strong communication skills andattention to detail

Salary : Up to 170K. Flexibility possible depending on experience.
