Irvine Law Firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal for a hybrid role in Irvine, CA. The position focuses on substantive transactional work across real estate, M&A, entity formation, governance, and deal closings.

You will support attorneys through all stages of transactional matters and work with a seasoned team on sophisticated corporate matters. The role offers a pathway to ownership of transactional work within a reputable firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate/transactional paralegal experience.
• Strong experience supporting real estate transactions and/or M&A.
• Hands-on experience with entity formation and corporate governance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage transactions and deadlines independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Notary Public and Clio experience is a major plus.

Compensation: $100,000-$130,000

We are working with an established Irvine law firm seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join its transactional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned corporate paralegal who enjoys substantive transactional work and wants to be closely involved in real estate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, and deal closings.

The team handles sophisticated business and transactional matters and works with clients from formation and structuring through major transactions and exits.

What You'll Do

• Support attorneys with real estate transactions, M&A, and other corporate matters.
• Assist with entity formations, foreign qualifications, and corporate maintenance.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000-$130,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
