Responsibilities

• Plan and execute meetings and conferences across multiple stakeholders and business lines.
• Manage vendor relationships, site selection, contracts and on-site logistics.
• Coordinate attendee data via conference software and ensure accurate communications.
• Budget management, financial tracking and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Marketing for collateral, invites and communications.
