• Plan and execute meetings and conferences for clients and prospectives.
• Manage vendor relations, site selection, contracts and on-site logistics.
• Budget management, financial tracking and contracts negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing and Compliance on communications and collateral.
• Mentor and manage direct reports or teammates where applicable.
