Job summary

Qualifications

• JD from ABA Accredited Law School.
• Licensed or eligible to practice in the hiring jurisdiction.
• Residency in the designated jurisdiction prior to hire and willingness to work in the office three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies through the investment lifecycle.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize M&A and private equity deal documents.
• Liaise with internal and external clients and manage relationships.
