LHH Recruiting is partnering with a leading AmLaw 50 law firm to add multiple Corporate/M&A Associates in Boston. The team handles sophisticated middle-market, upper middle-market, and private equity-backed transactions with a collaborative group of deal lawyers across the country.

Ideal candidates have 2–7 years of corporate transactional experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and excellent academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Represent private companies, private equity sponsors, investors, and strategic buyers in sophisticated transactions.

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and ancillary transaction documents.
• Work closely with partners and clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle.
• Collaborate with attorneys across a national platform on complex matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognized transactions practice handling sophisticated middle-market, upper middle-market, and private equity-backed transactions alongside a collaborative team of deal lawyers across the country.

Qualifications:

• 2-7 years of corporate transactional experience
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and/or general corporate matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage transaction workstreams and work directly with clients
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
