Connectly Recruiting seeks a Senior Design Professional for corporate interiors in New York City. Hybrid role (4 days in office) with a need for leadership over diverse projects and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Candidates bring 10+ years in workplace interiors, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to render photorealistic visuals using Enscape and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of continuous design experience in corporate/workplace interiors.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create photorealistic renderings using Enscape and AI tools.
• Experience specifying systems and ancillary furniture.
• Understanding of schematic design, design development and contract documents.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills; detail-oriented and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client throughout the design phase.
• Oversee design team and organize presentations.
• Develop programs of requirements and space standards.
• Prepare design documents, budgets, and bid analyses.
• Coordinate design with client, consultants, and project team.
• Visit project sites and review shop drawings for design intent.
