Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in corporate insurance or risk management required.
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA preferred.
• 2 years of hospital or other not for profit healthcare liability and corporate insurance experience preferred.
• ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all corporate insurance programs (MPL, GL, Property, Cyber, D&O, WC, Auto) and renewals.
• Collaborate with clinical, legal, and operational teams on insurance implications of contracts.
• Manage and monitor insurance claims with third-party administrators and carriers.
• Develop and manage the insurance budget and cost recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and report risk trends to leadership.
