Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Corporate Governance Associate Senior to support regulatory compliance, documentation, and governance across regulated funds and affiliates. You will partner with in-house lawyers, fund officers, and compliance managers to ensure timely and accurate filings and materials.

You will help optimize processes, prepare board materials, and drive clear communication across the department, leveraging your research and cross-functional skills in a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations, requirements and policies.

• Assist in broader department communication with in-house lawyers, fund officers and compliance managers.
• Support portfolio compliance operations and global regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with associates at all levels to prepare presentations and communications.
