Job summary

The Senior Manager, Corporate Relations at American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) drives corporate fundraising for educational initiatives, overseeing grants and sponsorships for both the organization and the ACOG Foundation. This hybrid role collaborates with the Senior Director of Philanthropy to grow year‑over‑year revenue and donor engagement, supporting ACSM and ADM events.

The position requires seven+ years in fundraising, excellent communications, and a track record

Qualifications

• Seven+ years fundraising experience with corporate grants and sponsorships.
• Strong research, writing, and editing skills.
• Proven success securing five- to six-figure corporate grants.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office; Raiser's Edge experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with funders.

Responsibilities

• Identify industry prospects aligned to ACOG priorities.
• Build and execute strategies to secure grants and sponsorships.
• Lead proposal development in collaboration with clinical/practice, education, health policy, DEI, finance/compliance teams.
• Manage deliverables, outcomes tracking, and reporting; ensure grant terms are met.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry donors; prepare briefings for leadership.
• Own corporate revenue forecast; maintain pipeline health in CRM systems.
• Travel to funder meetings, conferences, and ACOG events.
