Shield AI is seeking a Senior Corporate FP&A Lead to design and own the company’s fully integrated three-statement model and consolidated plan. You will drive the AOP, forecast cycles, and the cash model, shaping decisions at the Board and C-suite with executive-ready insights.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate engineering, program, and operations plans into financial impact, advancing cloud-based planning tools and scalable architectures for a fast-growing defense-tech company.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in corporate FP&A.
• Direct FP&A experience in a publicly traded company.
• Ownership of scalable three-statement models and AOP/LRP.
• Cash model and liquidity forecasting ownership.
• Strong Excel modeling; multi-scenario forecasting.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and financial statement mechanics.
• Ability to produce board- and exec-ready materials.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain a fully integrated, three-statement model.
• Own consolidated planning and end-to-end line-item ownership.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting cycles.
• Own the company cash model and liquidity forecasting.
• Deliver Board- and executive-ready financial packages and dashboards.
• Digitize planning infrastructure and scale tools across the company.
