Federal Express Corporation seeks an experienced enterprise back-office finance systems designer and implementer to lead cross-functional teams and deliver enterprise-scale improvements.
Responsibilities include overseeing project plans, budgets, governance, and executive communications while driving data transformation and modernization with emerging AI-enabled workflows.
Under limited supervision, designs, develops and implements enterprise back office financial system, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting
Essential Functions
Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.
Five (5) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment.
Quantitative business problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong organizational/time management and planning/project skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.

Preferred Qualifications: The role acts as the primary technical liaison and strategic lead for large-scale enterprise projects bridging the gap between complex customer/corporate requirements and technical design specifications. It combines deep ETL/EDI expertise with executive-level communication and project management.

Pay: The pay range for Memphis, TN., and Orlando, FL., is: Min. $6,511.62 Max $10,744.16. The pay range for Plano, TX., and Pittsburgh, PA. is: Min. $6,854.33 Max. $11,309.65
