Citrin Cooperman & Company Llp in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Development to join our growth-focused team. You will evaluate, execute, and integrate acquisitions across the firm, collaborating with senior leadership and service line leaders throughout the full M&A lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a CPA (preferred), 3–6+ years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling, and the ability to present complex analyses to senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 3–6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience working with financial statements and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate potential acquisitions and perform financial analysis.
• Develop and maintain pro forma models and assess valuation and deal structure.
• Support execution of IOIs and LOIs and coordinate due diligence.
• Assist in post-close integration and tracking of performance.
• Collaborate with Integration, Finance, and Business teams across the firm.
