Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Corporate Counsel in the United States to serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team. You will provide counsel across technology transactions and commercial contracting in a fast-growing tech environment.

The role requires a US JD with bar admission and 6–12 years of relevant experience, including M&A support and privacy work. A competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in the United States.
• 6–8 years of legal experience for Senior Corporate Counsel, or 8–12 years for Director-level.
• Strong background in technology transactions, SaaS agreements, licensing.
• Experience supporting M&A due diligence, deal execution, and post-close integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support across technology transactions and commercial contracting.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and Customer Success teams.
• Advise on product legal requirements, terms of service, and regulatory considerations for go-to-market initiatives.
• Partner on privacy and data protection matters, including GDPR, CCPA, and related obligations.
• Contribute to M&A and corporate development activities, including due diligence and integration.
