Job summary

A genetics-led healthcare company in Sunnyvale is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join their legal team. The role involves supporting corporate governance, securities law compliance, and advising on M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have a JD, be a member of the California bar, and possess at least 4 years of relevant experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work onsite three days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a national law firm or in-house.
• Self-starter able to work autonomously or collaboratively.
• Experience in biotechnology or healthcare preferred.
