UMB Bank is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Corporate Legal department. The successful candidate will provide legal education, counsel, and advice to various lines of business, researching legal issues and minimizing risk.

The role includes drafting and negotiating agreements, and managing corporate governance tasks such as board meetings, SEC filings, and regulatory compliance, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and supporting the Corporate Secretary function.

Formación

• JD and license to practice law.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in corporate law, securities, or company governance is required.
• Experience within financial services or a publicly traded environment is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with SEC reporting and stock exchange listing standards.

Responsabilidades
