• Identify and mitigate emerging legal issues and escalate appropriately.
• Prepare foundational documents and ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
• Offer guidance on design/modification of products and services for internal teams.
• Draft and review contracts and notices, and engage in negotiating commercial agreements.
• Manage outside counsel in a cost-effective manner.
