Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a seasoned in-house attorney to oversee legal affairs, supervise outside counsel, and advise management on a wide range of issues including real estate, contracts, and employment law. The role includes guiding litigation strategy and coordinating regulatory matters with federal and state agencies.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience, a Juris Doctor, admission to the state and federal courts, and the ability to manage complex negotiations, risk, and compliance

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required with admission to practice before a State Court and a U.S. District Court.
• Five to ten years of experience across major legal disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in real estate, agency, contract, corporate and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the legal affairs of the organization and supervise outside counsel.
• Advise management on legal issues and monitor government hearings.
• Direct legal representation in real estate, investigations, and arbitration matters.
• Plan and direct investigations related to mergers, acquisitions, and major asset sales.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and protect organizational rights.
