Qualifications

• Law degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• State bar admission with ability to obtain in‑house admission.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting contracts, procurement matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret procurement and related agreements.
• Advise Procurement on risk and compliance and manage vendor relationships.
• Provide guidance on privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements affecting vendors.
