Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel for Patient Support Services and Diagnostic Testing in Morristown, NJ. This role provides comprehensive legal support to commercial operations across patient support programs and diagnostic testing initiatives, aiming to secure patient access to medicines and support the product portfolio.

The attorney will draft and negotiate contracts, advise on program design and operation, and collaborate with US Privacy Office and other legal functions on privacy

Qualifications

• JD and a license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction (New Jersey or Massachusetts preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, preferably including both law firm and in-house in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Experience working in a matrix, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal contact for patient support programs and diagnostic testing initiatives; liaise with business, product support, market access, and compliance.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts for patient support and diagnostic testing programs, including copay and reimbursement services.
• Advise on design, launch, and operation of patient support and diagnostic testing programs; risk mitigation and customer interactions.
• Review external materials related to patient support and diagnostic testing programs.
• Coordinate privacy and compliance workstreams with US Privacy Office and Ethics & Business Integrity; act as NA Legal Department rep on privacy matters.
