You will partner with engineering and business teams to structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, assess risk, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and data protection requirements.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar.
• 5+ years post-bar experience in transactional and technology licensing.
• Experience working with complex commercial agreements and IP matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and technology teams to provide legal guidance on product development, system implementation, and robotics initiatives.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including technology, supply chain, licensing, and deployment contracts.
• Assess and advise on legal, reputational, and compliance risks related to technical architecture and program design.
• Provide strategic counsel on intellectual property matters and software licensing.
• Develop and implement practical solutions to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance.
