Job summary

LHH Legal Recruitment is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to lead a seasoned M&A and corporate governance team in Phoenix. This on-site role involves advising executive leadership on strategic transactions and complex matters, with oversight of SEC reporting and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in M&A/securities, proven leadership, and experience in large firms or public companies, and will mentor junior attorneys within a robust legal department.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership in good standing.
• 10+ years of experience in M&A, securities, and corporate governance matters.
• Experience in a large law firm, public company, or sophisticated corporate environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business judgment.
