DataOne seeks an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join its growing Legal Department and support corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, financing activities, governance, and regulatory matters.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will work with executives, lenders, investors, and regulators on complex transactions and high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Formación

• J.D. degree and active U.S. bar membership is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in corporate matters.
• Experience with lenders, investors, auditors, and external advisors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead M&A, corporate development, financing, and governance matters.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents; manage DD and closing processes.
• Provide strategic legal advice to executive leadership and regulators.
