The ideal candidate is licensed in Michigan with 10+ years as an associate attorney, capable of leading matters independently and within a team.

Competenze

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan and in good standing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• 10+ years as an associate attorney.

Mansioni

• Contract Review: review bids, equipment purchases, sale agreements, contractor agreements/POs, operating agreements and consents.
• Drafting and preparing purchase agreements, broker-carrier agreements, master transportation agreements, and trailer interchange agreements.
• Reviewing purchase orders from contractors, drafting company terms and conditions, and revising bid forms.
