Responsibilities

• Contract Review: reviewing bids, equipment purchases and sale agreements, contractor agreements/POs, operating agreements and member consents.
• Employment Matters: handling legal cases, EEOC/state issues, non-compete disputes and related matters.
• Litigation: act as corporate representative for auto liability, commercial, collections, and cargo claim matters.
• Document review and communication with outside Counsel; drafting and responding to letters as needed.
• Drafting demand letters when required.
