Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
• At least 10 years of related U.S. Government contracting experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Experience with U.S. Government and commercial contracting in law firms, agencies, or in-house.

Responsibilities

• Counsel on pursuit, capture, negotiation, execution and administration of U.S. Government and commercial contracts.
• Advise and coordinate with business and legal specialists on IP, environment, health, safety, real estate, HR, investigations, supply chain, export/import, litigation, and labor relations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage regulatory and contractual risk.
