Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of relevant legal experience.
• Active member in good standing of the bar.
• Ability to manage small to mid-sized matters independently.
• Experience with generative AI platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent entrepreneurs in lower middle-market acquisitions.
• Assist in search fund formation and structuring.
• Manage debt financings and commercial lending.
• Conduct capital raises and due diligence.
• Review and negotiate contracts.
• Advise on corporate governance matters.
