Job summary

True Vet Solutions is seeking a Corporate Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, while guiding cross-functional teams on legal risks. You will help shape policies to ensure ethical conduct and regulatory compliance across the organization.

You will partner with the CEO and executives to support long-term strategic objectives, build scalable processes, and promote a culture of accountability and transparency in a national, remote work setting.

Qualifications

• JD from a nationally accredited law school with bar admission.
• Preferred experience with Veterans Affairs processes and VA Law.
• Excellent legal writing and drafting skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Advise cross-functional teams on legal risks and compliance.
• Develop efficient legal processes and governance policies.
• Provide leadership to the compliance and risk management functions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational readiness.
