Qualifications

• JD required.
• Experience in legal guidance across financial services is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, drafting and litigation management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage outside counsel and litigation, budgeting and billing.
• Provide legal analysis and guidance on banking and corporate law.
• Assist in due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and related contracts.
• Support regulatory applications for branch consolidations and expansions.
• Advise on risk management, compliance policies and whistleblower issues.
