A leading company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to manage their Global Procurement Legal Program. This remote role involves overseeing vendor contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advising on procurement risks. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. and significant in-house experience in procurement and complex commercial contracting.
As our Senior Corporate Counsel you willmanage our Global Procurement Legal Program. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Finance, Security, and IT, to oversee complex vendor contracting, develop scalable legal processes, and manage procurement risk globally. You will sit at the strategic center of our vendor ecosystem, supporting everything from enterprise software deals to international outsourcing and collaborating with colleagues across geographies. You will have direct reports. The Senior Corporate Counsel will report to the VP & Associate General Counsel. This is a remote position remote within the United States.
You will lead and scale our global procurement legal program, serving as the main legal partner to the Procurement and Sourcing teams across all regions.
You will negotiate complex, high-value vendor agreements involving technology, cloud services, outsourcing, licensing, and professional services.
You will Develop and lead the strategy for scalable program growth, applying technology and automation to lead efficiency and impact.
You will advise on procurement-related risk, including privacy, security, data handling, anti-corruption, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with global legal colleagues to ensure consistency, knowledge-sharing, and aligned practices.
You will escalate issues for procurement legal matters and provide clear, business-oriented guidance to senior stakeholders.
Train and mentor more junior team members on procurement best practices and evolving legal standards.
Track legal and regulatory trends impacting procurement, and drive internal policy or process updates where needed.
J.D. and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
8+ years of experience, including substantial in-house work focused on procurement, or complex commercial contracting.
Experience with technology and enterprise vendor contracting, in SaaS, cloud, IT, and global service models.
You have negotiation skills and the ability to balance legal risk with business priorities.
Expertise in leading or overseeing cross-functional legal programs, especially those requiring cross-collaboration across regions or time zones.
You have the ablity to influence internal stakeholders and external partners alike.

Pay Range Details
The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be
different in other locations.
Colorado $166,100-$274,100 (annually)
Washington $166,100-$303,100 (annually)
California $166,100-$331,900 (annually)
NYC $201,900-$331,900 (annually)
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The
successful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic
location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on
the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role
