Corporate legal counsel supporting the supply of solar modules, development, and construction for utility- and DG-scale solar facilities.
Responsibilities include risk management regarding importation and international trade compliance, including UFLPA, WRO, and the Auxin ADCVD anti-circumvention action, affecting the US solar industry.
Work closely with the commercial team to manage legal risks and facilitate successful project completion and operation.
Advise on supply chain risks and management best practices.
Provide guidance on legal and administrative matters, including contracts, sales proposals, supplier agreements, employment and separation agreements, M&A legal activities, due diligence, and compliance with global laws and regulations.
Offer daily practical legal advice on corporate governance, financing, operations, and transactions.
Analyze legal issues and risks, proposing remedial solutions for disputes and pre-litigation matters.
Monitor transaction flow and case status, collaborating with outside counsel as needed.
