Job summary

Redaptive, headquartered in Denver, is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the finance team as the company grows globally. You will oversee timely US and foreign financial reporting, close processes, equity accounting, and tax compliance while partnering with leadership to drive financial strategy.

The role requires CPA, 15+ years, Big 4 preferred; experience with US GAAP, SOX, ASC 606/842, and ERP tools like NetSuite and Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred.
• CPA with active license.
• Big 4 background and SEC/SOX experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close monthly across US and foreign entities with accuracy.
• Prepare equity accounting and reporting.
• Review payroll with People org for accuracy.
• Manage SEC reporting and XBRL tagging.
• Assist FP&A with earnings releases and calls.
• Prepare content for Audit Committee meetings.
• Oversee treasury and cash management.
• Lead and mentor accounting team.
