Figma is hiring a Corporate Communications Manager to elevate our public company storytelling and drive campaigns across channels. You will partner with finance, investor relations, legal, brand, product and design to mine and tell stories that resonate with business and financial audiences.

You should be comfortable with data and narratives, and eager to scale programs in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment across our New York or San Francisco hubs.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in in-house communications.
• Track record of building and scaling communications programs from the ground up.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives and pitches.

• Define and drive Figma's corporate storytelling strategy end-to-end across channels.
• Create integrated campaigns that span media, owned platforms and executive communications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate momentum into clear stories and campaigns.
