Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist II to lead internal and external communications efforts, shaping executive messaging and corporate storytelling. You will partner with HR, marketing, and operations to ensure consistent brand voice across channels.

You will manage internal newsletters, intranet content, press materials, and media relations, while supporting events and measurement initiatives to improve audience engagement and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in corporate/internal/external communications or PR.
• Experience with media relations and executive communications.
• Experience using Jira and SharePoint.
• Experience in a global manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communications strategies to keep employees informed.
• Draft external communications materials and monitor media trends.
• Coordinate communications for events, town halls, and conferences.
• Develop analytics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
