Job summary

Advanced Energy in Denver, Colorado seeks a Corporate Communications Specialist II to shape internal and external messaging, partnering with HR, leadership, and marketing to reinforce our growth and brand. This role focuses on clear, audience‑centered storytelling and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will craft employee communications, support executive visibility, manage media relations, and drive communications programs across channels in a fast‑paced, technically advanced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive corporate communications experience.
• Experience developing content for internal and external audiences.
• Experience with media relations, executive communications, and brand communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications strategies with the Senior Manager, Communications.
• Write and execute internal communications including newsletters and intranet content.
• Translate complex concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Manage global communication requests (Jira) and coordinate stakeholders.
• Review content to align with brand voice and strategy.
• Support external communications, media inquiries, and public relations activities.
• Coordinate event communications and prepare talking points.
• Develop analytics to measure communication effectiveness.
