Job summary

FFF Enterprises is seeking a Director, Corporate & Commercial to serve as a senior attorney in the Legal Department, providing practical, business-oriented counsel across corporate, commercial and transactional matters.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you'll independently manage significant legal work, advise business leaders, support strategic initiatives and partner with Contracts, Legal Operations and other functions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 7-10+ years of corporate and commercial legal experience.
• Experience managing outside counsel and complex legal projects.
• Ability to translate legal issues into practical business advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal counsel across corporate, commercial and transactional matters.
• Manage significant areas of legal work and advise senior business leaders.
• Support corporate governance, financing, IP, technology, employment and disputes.
