Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-senior level corporate associate for its Los Angeles, CA office. The role sits in the Corporate & Securities practice, focusing on private offerings and fund formations.

The candidate will draft and negotiate private placement memoranda and subscription agreements, form and operate private investment funds, and collaborate with M&A teams on transactions. JD required; bar admission in the relevant state or readiness to sit for the bar exam.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate private placement memoranda and subscription agreements.
• Form and operate various private investment funds and funds of funds.
• Prepare limited partnership and operating agreements.
• Draft side letters and investment management agreements.
• Collaborate with M&A teams on relevant transactions.
