• Jurist Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; State Bar admission or waiver eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formation and operation of private funds (private equity, venture capital, real estate).
• Draft and review documents related to limited partnerships and joint ventures.
• Communicate complex legal matters effectively in writing and oral form.
