Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Chicago seeks a mid-senior level corporate associate to join its Corporate & Securities practice, focusing on private offerings and fund formations.

You will draft and negotiate private placement memoranda and related fund documentation, and form and operate various private investment funds and funds of funds.

Additionally, you will participate in M&A teams and related activities, leveraging strong writing skills and a team-oriented mindset to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Bar admission in the relevant state or preparedness to sit for the bar exam.
• Licensed to practice in the state or eligible to be admitted.
