Michael Best & Friedrich LLP’s growing Corporate Practice is looking to add a Corporate Midlevel or Senior Associate (4+ years’ experience) to our Austin, Charlotte, Durham, Madison, Milwaukee, Raleigh or Salt Lake City office.

The attorney will provide legal counsel covering the entire business life cycle to all sizes of publicly traded and privately held companies, individual and institutional investors, family trusts, and other entities.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
• At least 4 years of corporate experience
• Experience on public or private company deals or financings
• Deep experience in corporate transactions
