Job summary

Michael Best & Friedrich LLP’s growing Corporate Practice is looking to add a Corporate Midlevel or Senior Associate (4+ years’ experience) to our Austin office. The attorney will provide legal counsel covering the entire business life cycle to all sizes of publicly traded and privately held companies, individual and institutional investors, family trusts, and other entities.

The attorney should have prior experience working on public or private company deals or financings.
